About Us

WinCERT Team History Experience

WinCERT Cloud Technology is composed of a group of teams who love cloud technology and have considerable experience in the field of software testing. We've developed cloud testing methodology and technology, and provides various testing services (system security, technical verification, performance optimization testing) and consulting services required from system development to launch in the TaaS (Testing as a Service) model. We provide a one-stop cloud verification and testing service platform for the industry to help customers lower the testing threshold and speed up product launch, and hundreds of successful cases have been accumulated so far.

The predecessor of WinCERT Cloud Technology was the "Cloud Development and Testing Platform of the Ministry of Economic Affairs" - the executive team of the Information Policy Council. The platform mainly provides third-party cloud product safety testing and cloud computing technology testing services for the industry from the perspective of users, as a reference for product pre-market testing opportunities or corporate procurement evaluation. It also assists government and industry cloud technology guidance. In 2017, the company prepared and established under the guidance and support of the Technical Department of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. It continued to deepen the technology in the cloud technology feature testing capabilities, and launched a variety of flexible testing services to serve domestic and foreign industries.

The main service cases of WinCERT are information security testing, performance testing, cloud technology verification, cloud migration assessment testing, IoT testing, and onsultancy service. More than 100 successful cases (Acer, MSI, ASUS, Siemens, ViewSonic, National High-speed Internet Center, FOSSIL, Chief Telecom, Legal Department, Taipower, etc.) have been accumulated so far. We'll check the high quality of cloud services for customers.
